Η Apple ενημερώνει σε σχετική ανάρτηση στο website της για το πως μπορεί κάποιος να καθαρίσει το iPhone, το iPad και το Mac του με απολυμαντικά μαντιλάκια.
Ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες της Apple μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε απολυμαντικά μαντιλάκια τα οποία περιέχουν 70% ισοπροπυλική αλκοόλη ή απορροφητικά μαντιλάκια Clorox και καθαρίζουμε καλά τις σκληρές μη πορώδεις επιφάνειες των συσκευών όπως οι οθόνες, το πληκτρολόγιο, το ποντίκι ή άλλες εξωτερικές επιφάνειες.
Δεν θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιούμε σε υφασμάτινες ή δερμάτινες επιφάνειες.
Στη σχετική ανακοίνωση τονίζεται ότι δεν πρέπει να χρησιμοποιήσουμε χλωρίνη και θα πρέπει να αποφευχθεί η υγρασία, ενώ σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα πρέπει κανείς να βυθίζουμε τη συσκευή μας μέσα σε κάποιο καθαριστικό μέσο.
Μετά τον καθαρισμό πλένουμε τα χέρια μας πολύ σχολαστικά. Στο παρελθόν η Apple πρότεινε καθαρισμό των συσκευών αποκλειστικά με νερό.
Παρόλα αυτά η Υγεία και η Ασφάλεια αποτελούν μοναδική προτεραιότητα.
